Dear Reader,
wow first off, doesn't that title give you total vibes from Confessions of a shopaholic when Krysten Ritter (love that girl so much) screams 'Then explain!'. Pppppfft feeels.

Anywho, that was completely off-topic. Hi, I'm back. I missed you guys so much, and I have so much good shit to report.

First off, currently reading wayward son- screams in fangirl- its actually so fucking good. I also finally finished queen of shadows. THERE ARE NO WORDS. I loved it so so so much and I need to write a review now. But It might be a while. I need to write notes, it took me like 4 months to read and I started writing notes then lost them and couldn't be bothered to re-do them.

Guys, these last few weeks have been so manic. I'm doing like a thousand things write now. I'm reading read me like a book as well but I've managed to lose it somehow? I have no clue where that thing is and I was just getting to the good bit as well! Ah, so annoying. I watched the Politician- and rewatched it. Seriously it's a wonder why I never have time to read nowadays. I also rewatched all of Gilmores and Friends (because I went friends fest- it was amazing.) I also watched loads of 90s movies and 2/3 series of Ackley bridge. I want to start Dery Girls but I'm gonna put it off for a while cause I have so much to do. And caught up on Riverdale.

Today I had to do so much biology revision and I still have to do maths and write up all my media notes. I seriously can't be fucked. I've also been listening too so much new music and about 60 podcasts. I'm obsessed with watching musicals on youtube at the moment too. I'm also reading Gemina on Scribed and listening to They both die at the end on audible. IM WRITING A BOOK and revising for finals and watching xtinemays the book writing chronicles at the same time.

I'm also trying to keep a social life, see my boyfriend and keep up guitar- so yeah- I've been a tad bit busy. And still, am, so stuff is gonna be slow as fudge for a few weeks- also half terms coming up (praise chessus) so hopefully I can post then.

Right better get back to homework, I just thought you lot deserved an explanation. Thanks for waiting for me, I'll be back for good soon, love you- bye!

Just for December by Laura Jane Williams: review Dear reader,  To Start with, thank you so much for the lovely girls at Avon Harper Collins for gifting me this proof around the holidays! This book was absolutely delightful, and extremely well timed. I cracked open this book on the same day the skies decided to comply with Michael Bublé and while it might not be a white Christmas, as the rain seems to have washed it away now, it made to be pretty idyllic conditions to read this book. I went into this book feeling festive and ready for something to give me all the fuzzy Christmas feelings, which it provided along with a lot more feelings than I predicted. Williams manages to craft cliches and worn-out tropes to make them seem like nothing of the sort and in fact- revive them. Before the Coffee Gets Cold: Amazon.co.uk: Kawaguchi, Toshikazu, Trousselot, Geoffrey: 9781529029581: Books Dear Reader,  This review will not contain spoilers, so feel free to read if you haven't yet read the book, and with that let's begin:  These stories definitely build in intensity as you plough on, with subtly building engagement. The first two stories for me provided little interest, a point at which usually I would choose to DNF and call my loses. However, something about the writing, simple but almost translucent into the lives of these individuals, gave me the impression that it had more to give despite the seemingly stagnant story endings.  I think the best way to describe my growth to loving this book is recognising the beauty within its simplicity. As a predominantly YA reader myself, I couldn't help but expect this book to tie up in a perfect interloping knot at the end. My hope of this, I see now, may have blinded me to the crystal  humanity being bare...
