Fangirl- book review

Dear reader,

today's blog will be short because I know everyone knows this book is great, and I'm no exception however, I did want to write a blog about it because I loved it so much and I haven't felt that passionate about a book in a while! (Also I haven't posted in ages and thought it was about bloomin' time!) Anyway, today I will be reviewing Fangirl by the amazing Rainbow Rowell.

Non-Spoiler Plot:
So Cath is a twin with Wren and their mum left when they were young, their dad is as a result, is always on the edge and mentally, not in a good place. When Cath and Wren go to college Cath is scared to leave her dad and live on her own. So when Wren is out getting drunk, Cath is in writing her fanfic in her dorm, her only company is for roommate and her roommates ex-boyfriend, Levi. (I know how bad this description is but I hate giving books descriptions, please don’t be put off.)

What I Liked:
I loved the plot and the flow of the story and I absolutely loved the way the author wrote and built the characters. I love how it links to carry on (my current read) and how Cath uses writing to escape. Its something as a writer, I can defiantly relate to. Cath as a main character is so relatable and I absolutely loved reading the story through her.

What I thought could be improved:
Honestly, the only thing I can think of is I wanted more romance from Cath and Levi and more closure but that is it, I loved everything else!

Love
